TrialNAV’s platform is the first web-based, customizable, workforce management software used to evaluate staff workload based on research protocol complexity for both active and pending trials in combination with staff experience.
Each staff member has a dashboard providing a list of currently assigned trials, patient loads, and a breakdown of overall workload. We take into account trial status (active vs. pending), patient status (active vs. follow-up), and whether the coordinator is a lead or backup for the trial.
TrialNAV’s platform provides staff forecasting metrics based on the pending trial portfolio complexity, planned trial activation dates, and current staff workload measurements.
